At Dr. BS Fick Wellness Clinic, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of prescribed medications following your consultation.
Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing any medication orders.

1. Eligibility for Shipping

- Medications are only shipped after a valid consultation and prescription by one of our licensed doctors.
- Shipping is available only within South Africa.
- We do not ship controlled substances or medications restricted by law for mail delivery.
 

2. Order Processing Time

- Once your prescription is confirmed, orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) [optional – based on availability]

Note: Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier service performance.
 

4. Shipping Charges

- Standard Shipping: R90.00
- Express Shipping: R138.00
- Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated before we confirm your order.
 

5. Tracking and Notifications

- Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- You can monitor the delivery status through the courier’s tracking system.
 

6. Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at info@drbsfickwellnessclinic.co.za within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- If the courier confirms successful delivery, we cannot issue replacements or refunds unless a thorough investigation proves otherwise.

7. Returns and Exchanges

- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medications.
- If you receive the wrong medication or there is a packing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and send a replacement where appropriate.
