To ensure a smooth and effective consultation, please bring the following:

Your South African ID document or Passport.

Your medical aid card (if applicable).

A referral letter from your previous doctor (if required).

A list of your current medications, including dosages.

Any relevant medical reports, test results, or X-rays.

A list of questions or concerns you wish to discuss.
Please be advised that in-person consultations operate on a walk-in basis only. We do not schedule pre-booked appointments, allowing us to accommodate all patients seeking care each day.
Emergency & Urgent Consultations
IMPORTANT: For Life-Threatening Emergencies – DIAL 112 or 10177 IMMEDIATELY
If you or someone else is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, such as:

Severe chest pain or suspected heart attack

Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

Uncontrolled bleeding

Sudden loss of consciousness or fainting

Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)

Stroke symptoms (e.g., sudden weakness, facial drooping, speech difficulty)

Major trauma or severe injuries

Seizures
Please DO NOT DELAY. Call for an ambulance (112 from a mobile or 10177) or go directly to the nearest hospital Emergency Room.
