How It Works.

Select a date and time that works for you. Once your booking is confirmed, the unique Zoom link for your online consultation will be issued. You can expect to receive this link approximately 24 hours in advance of your session. Please note: Bookings will only be confirmed once payment is made in full.

2. Share Your Symptoms

Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to fill out a short form about your symptoms and medical history. This helps the doctor understand your condition better and prepare accordingly.

3. Start Your Consultation

At your scheduled time, join the consultation using the link provided via SMS or email. Talk to the doctor, ask questions, and get professional advice — all from the comfort of your home.

4. Get Your Prescription

After the consultation, your doctor will provide an e-prescription, if needed. You can download it instantly and use it at any pharmacy.

5. Follow-Up & Support

Need to follow up? No problem, You can also message our doctor for clarification after your appointment.
