At Dr. BS Fick Wellness Clinic, we are committed to delivering quality healthcare consultations in a timely, reliable, and professional manner.
Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before booking any consultation.
 

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Booking Window:
- All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not permitted to ensure consultations are properly scheduled and prepared.

User-Initiated Cancellations:
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit. Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows:
- If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
 

2. Doctor-Initiated Cancellations

In the event a doctor cancels or is unable to attend the scheduled consultation:
- You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with the same or another available doctor at no additional cost.
 

3. Technical Issues

If a session is disrupted due to technical problems (e.g., poor connectivity or platform issues), and the consultation could not take place:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- We may offer a reschedule or full/partial refund, depending on the case.
 

4. Refund Requests

Refunds are only issued under the conditions outlined above.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@drbsfickwellnessclinic.co.za within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the consultation outcome, as medical opinions and results may vary.
- Emergency cases or refund disputes will be reviewed individually by our support team.
